Renaissance Home Health Care has received approval for both Home Care Support Services and Service Coordination from the state of New York.

The NHTD Program was created to assist New Yorkers with disabilities and senior citizens to live in the community at home instead of a nursing home. The TBI program provides services to persons with a traumatic brain injury and helps them live in the community setting of their choice.

The New York State Department of Health oversees these programs and contracts with Regional Resource Development Centers (RRDC) to manage the program throughout the state. Our staff can explain the program and help individuals get started, as well as assist them in working with the state.
